He returned for the Eagles to help them to retain the KO Cup.  He stayed with Eastbourne when they went into the Championship League in 2019, doubling up with Cradley in the National League.

He made his Cradley debut on May 6th 2019 against Mildenhall with a score of 11 + 2 bonus! Cradley were on to a winner, his only defeat came in heat 13 behind Danny Ayres and partner Max Clegg.
His only other match for the Heathens was on 9th May on the Isle of Wight when he scored 10 points from 5 rides.
Then on Saturday 18th May Tom crashed in heat 12 at Arlington and badly broke his leg, which resulted in him missing the rest of the season.  Tom was replaced by Jack Smith in the Heathens side.
